"Welcome to my 'Tech File': Here you will find my most recent
thoughts on various subjects, like the Kosovo war, visibility
algorithms and many other things. I am not going to explain things
in detail here, it's just a way to keep you informed about what
I'm doing. I think that's good, since the development of Focus
is more or less halted (no worries, I'm working on SOMETHING).
I intend to update this file very regurarly, with bits of text
of approximately the size of this introduction. If you feel like
thinking with me, let me know."
