Magic Software has been updated with a new document (PDF) entitled Polyhedral Mass Properties (Revisited). Here's a snippet from the site:

"A standard reference for computing the mass and inertia tensor of a constant density solid polyhedron is a paper by Brian Mirtich, Fast and accurate computation of polyhedral mass properties. An alternate algorithm for computing these quantities is presented in the new document when the polyhedron has triangle faces. This algorithm is simpler to compute and significantly faster than the Mirtich approach. Pseudocode is provided at the end of the document."
