Alex Chalfin sent along the following info about the source code release of the Inertia 3D engine:
"
I'd like to announce that the full source code to my
once shareware 3d engine (Inertia 3D) has been
released. Source code includes Turbo Pascal v6 & v7,
Borland Pascal v7 (16-bit DPMI), 32-bit TMT Pascal,
32-bit Watcom C, and Windows MSVC versions of the
source code. Binaries and source to all of the tools
for Inertia (ASC, 3DS file converters, Normal
computations, shade table generators, and counter
clockwise normal sorting). Binaries and source code to
a bunch of example programs. Programming and reference
documentation is made available as well.
