    "Cracking Down On Energy Waste"

The concept of low-energy lamps is totally useless here in Sweden (a cold country). Since we need to heat our houses anyway, there really is no "wasted" energy from the light bulbs. The extra heat from the bulbs just let your radiators work less.

Low-energy bulbs can of course be usefull outdoors, where the heat actually _is_ wasted. But that's not really a big consumer area anyway.
