The Academy of Game Entertainment Technology announced their first summer session aimed at future game developers, who are currently in grades 6-12. Here's a snippet from the press release:

"All students will be exposed to the fundamentals of interactive game development. They will learn the essentials of programming, design and producing, and will have the opportunity to create their own basic games. In addition, students will learn the fundamentals of Q/A testing, and will be able to keep their course software, a $300.00 value. All instructors are professionals who work in the interactive game development field. "
