Tom Nuydens of Delphi3D sent along the following information about a new demo he's posted:

"Delphi3D has released a demo that implements a simple fake depth-of-field effect. The effect is achieved by copying both the scene and the Z-buffer to a texture, and then interpolating between the top-level mipmap of the image and a lower-level one, based on the depths. The demo uses three texture units, the register combiners and depth textures, so it'll require a GeForce3 or equivalent. "
