Simon Theophil announced a new release of the Revolution3D graphics engine. Here's the latest:

"X-Dream Project has just released the newest version of the Revolution3D Graphics Engine. It comes with a new MD2 System using the brand new engine's own Realtime Progressive LOD system. The engine itself was initially written in Visual Basic 6.0 but is now on the way to becoming a Visual C++ 6.0 engine. Porting is about 30% done at the moment."

The engine is free for non-commercial use, but requires a license if used commercially. For more information, screenshots, etc, visit here.
