Tom Nuydens sent along the following info about a new demo he's posted over on Delphi3D:

" Delphi3D has been updated with a demo that uses the offset_2D texture shader on the GeForce3 and up to implement a refraction effect in a pool of water. The refractions are complemented with EMBM-style bump mapping. The offset texture is dynamically generated, and you can create waves by clicking and dragging the mouse on the water surface."

Check it out over here.
