Christian Schüler sent word that he's released a "small C++ class that can generate assembler code at run time from source text." Here's a clip from the site:

" Ok, this is a C++ class called cCodePatch which basically encapsulates a block of memory, and presents you an interface to fill this memory with x86 assembly code at run-time, taking assembler "text" as input. So with the help of this class, you could do something clever like generate customized code based on scripts, or even write your own compiler... "
