Terrain Tutorial Update

Antonio Ramires Fernandes sent word that he's updated his OpenGL terrain tutorial with a new section that includes information on "normal computation for OpenGL lighting, and how to define colors to simulate lighting by both directional and positional lights." The article includes example source code as well.
