New Octree Tutorial

Tom Nuydens of Delphi3D posted a new tutorial on space partitioning using octrees. Here's a snippet from the introduction:

" A lot of 3D engines depend on BSP trees for the spatial organization of polygons. In this article, I'll first try to explain why BSPs aren't always the best choice, and then present an alternative in the form of octrees. "
