The Pulpit posted a collection of responses from game developers to a post that Gary Tarolli of 3dfx made in the 3dfx Voodoo5 newsgroup. Tarolli argues that the Voodoo5's longevity may actually be increased because it doesn't have hardware T&L rather than the other way around. He backs it up with a few interesting points, to which developers Tim Sweeney, Doug Bauer, and Gil Gribb respond with their own thoughts on the matter.
