A few people sent some encouraging comments about yesterday's development goodies section, so lets give it another go.
The comp.graphics.algorithms FAQ has answers to many common graphics-related questions. The Graphics Gems collection is worth checking out as well. Paul Bourke's Page has information on graphics, modeling, texturing, and more. Fredo's graphics bookmarks are worth a look. Jim Blinn's page has plenty of miscellaneous course notes online. The Global Illumination Compendium is a collection of global illumination formulas & equations. Geometry In Action's graphics page has some links of interest. Time Travel seems pretty interesting to developers. There is a coding contest running this month *hint hint*. This site has some interesting AI reading. So does this one, and this one. Allen Martin's radiosity article is worth a look.
Hin Jang's gfx and trinity sites have some hard to find gfx information. So does Hugo Elias' page. 42 has a few articles and some code for effects including bitmap waves and smudging. Darwin3D's Game Developer companion section features Jeff Lander's articles and code from GD Mag. And finally, for character animation information visit Hexapod's FAQ. Enjoy.
