The requirements are:
	* Experience with TCP/IP networking and Multiplayer Client / Server architectures
	* Bachelor´s Degree  or Equivalent 
	* Resides in Europe (incl. UK) and quickly relocates to Coburg / Bavaria / Germany to our Studio
	* Excellent Knowledge of C++
	* An analytical thinker, excellent problem-solver  
	* Ability to contribute innovative and original ideas towards all aspects of game production and development 
	* Willing to accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handles multiple tasks 
	* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
	* Passion for making games 
	* Knowledge in optimization practices and data-compression

Plusses are:
	* Published Game-Titles with Multiplayer components
	* Experience in realtime data decryption / encryption

The Duties are:
	* Join and work with an established team on the Multiplayer Gameplay of Far Cry, a next-gen FPS
	* Report to Lead Programmer, Producer and Technical Director
	* Complete all tasks in a timely manner and a high consistent quality
