This picture shows two screenshots of Rymdraket, a game that has been in development for about 2 years. The graphics are rendered with OpenGL. DirectX is used for the network, sound and music. The gameplay is similar to the old gravity games from the Amiga days (Gravity Force, Bratwurst, Thrust...) Rymdraket features multiplayer with up to 6 players and an offline bot practice mode.

The first screenshot shows an octree used for speeding up collision detection. The second is the same scene seen as in-game.

Display lists are used for almost all in-game objects. No camera culling is implemented because the entire scene is almost always visible.
