Image Description, by Stephan Prohaszka

About a year ago i started to code an OpenGL Particle Engine. It features a simplified type of collision detection, using Primitives (such as Spheres, Boxes, Planes and Cylinders), besides Motion Blur and Blending and some different particle-modifiers, used for gravitation, explosions, swarming, bubble-motion etc.

I've made a Screensaver out of it, too, also called Shiva. You can download it at (my personal homepage) in the download-section or at Stephan Prohaszka aka crow^riot

I really like the screensaver.

But is there any chance of you implementing a randomizer? So that I don't have to look at the same particle system effect all the time. I don't like having to go to the screensaver setup dialog just to see something different...

Neat screensaver.

Its not a problem, but I was wondering why in your swarm screensaver, after twenty minutes, the particles form a tight torus and swarm less.

5 / one to do the work and four to stand around and say -oh i could have done that ;)
