right, i'm wanting to move to CG from GLSL as well, GLSL sucks at the moment (for ATI at least).

So, i've got some rudimentary shader compiling with CG, but have noticed you need to set everything manually, such as view matrices! this can be quite annoying.

Is there a way you can tell cg library to do it automaically?

if not, what method do you use to set things up? i was thinking having an array of parameters, when you bind the shader, it will automatically get the OGL matrices and bind them to the appropriate shader params.
