Hello,

I've downloaded/installed the last DirectX 9 SDK (on a brand new installation of Windows XP) and compile some code that previously compiled fine. And when linking a dll using direct input (dinput8.lib) the compiler (visual C++ 6 SP5) tells that debug info are corrupted and ask to recompile the lib (recompile dinput8.lib, funny !!).

Anyone here with the same problem ??

thanks

Stéphane

It says on the site it doesn't support Visual Studio 6.
That might have something to do with it ;)

OK,

I'll try to uninstall and install again a previous version of the SDK...

thanks
