I wanted to know if there's anyone who can tell me where on the web can I find the MFC fog sample that should also be on the Direct X SDK samples, unfortunately I don't find it. If not, at least another MFC + D3D example other than that MFC texture example. Any advices on to where to start searching for tutorials or reference for 3D tools programming?

Thanks in advance.

MFC is certainly the worst widget toolkit around. Take a look at wxWidgets, Qt, WTL, etc... Anything should be better ;)
