I advise caution and potentially (re)consideration. Many have tried, almost all have failed - miserably. Someone will have to pay for even a failed attempt.

You are inevitably setting yourself up for failure, even if you have very deep pockets and a talented team. You should strive to make the best game that you can...perhaps an "excellent" game, but not a perfect game. Anyone who reads your claim is going to be incredibly sceptical as to whether you team can be taken seriously...
