This question is mainly directed to Tim Smith, so I hope he reads it. I noticed that he posted the link to a ROAM page. I was wondering if he would post it again, or if someone else knows it, I'd appreciate them putting it up

Also look at http://www.cc.gatech.edu/gvu/people/peter.lindstrom/ for another method of generating LOD terrain.
