Hello reader,
I was wondering if I could get some feedback on the
following.
Currently, XeNTaX's multi-datafile-format file
extractor/importer MultiEx (MEX) supports over 40 game-datafiles.
Ranging from Quake (PAK), Half-Life (PAK), Descent 3 (HOG)and many
others, to Hidden and Dangerous (DTA). With the accompanied MultiEx
Commander (MC, a file handler)you can browse the different datafiles.
The main purpose why I wrote MEX is because it is user-update-able:
when a user has figured out a new archive format, he can create a
small INI file, and thus "command" MultiEx how to deal with those
files. Please give it a try and let me know what you think of it,
(bugreport, general comments etc.)I would really appreciate it!

Until later, perhaps,

Mike
