So I don't kill myself for no reason, has anybody seen a reference on how to take a plane defined using the plane normal form (normal + k distance) and transform it from model to world space? (In general some rotation and translation matrix.)

I would rather find it somewhere than wasting a lot of time trying to figure it out myself.

What me think?
