I was just reading about how all software has bugs and how you can't know what bugs will affect different people.
Then I remembered a long time ago with the first Decent (maybe others) at startup it loaded a divide by zero handler.
Then I started wondering how you could write a program that could catch it's own bug, fix itself, and continue. as if or almost as if nothing happened.
I guess this what is known as a Fault Tolerant system. yes/no?
I don't plan to write one anytime soon but I am curious. Anyone know anything about this this stuff or know where to find info?
